Job Applicant SMS Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in joining Vercel Inc., including our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Vercel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Job Applicant SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply to job applicants who opt in to receive text messages (“SMS”) from Vercel related to their job application (“Vercel Recruiting SMS Program” or “SMS Program”).
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to the Vercel Recruiting SMS Program, you agree to the following terms:
- Opt in. When you opt in to the SMS Program, we may send you messages related to your job application, including application status updates, interview scheduling, reminders and follow-ups, offer-related communications, and other recruiting communications. Opting in to the SMS Program is not a condition of applying for or receiving a job with Vercel. Messages may be sent through our third-party service provider.
- Message frequency. The number of messages you receive may vary depending on the stage of the recruitment process and the specific role for which you are being considered.
- Opt out. You can cancel your participation in the SMS Program at any time, including by replying with industry-standard keywords such as STOP, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After doing so, we may send one final SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further recruiting SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll, such as by replying START, UNSTOP, or YES.
- Contact us. For help, reply HELP or contact us at ta@vercel.com. We can help you manage your preferences (including opt out) and troubleshoot any issues.
- Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- SMS privacy. When you opt in to the SMS Program, we may collect the following information, directly or through our third-party service provider: your mobile number, message logs, and related recruiting communications (“SMS Data”). Please do not send sensitive information, such as government identifiers, driver’s license images, passport images, bank information, or medical information, by SMS. If we need sensitive information from you, we will provide a secure method for submission. Vercel does not sell or share your SMS Data with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. For more information on how we handle your SMS Data, please review our Job Applicant Privacy Notice.
